Community of ‘s-Hertogenbosch

Theaterfestival Boulevard

The community

Who’s in

The community is joined by people from in and around the city of ‘s-Hertogenbosch and they come from first- or second-generation immigrants with roots in the former Dutch East-Indies and The Moluccas (a former Dutch colony).

Activities

Some of the group members were already familiar with the festival. They met in a series of meetings to co-design a program at the festival in 2020 around the 75th commemoration of the Japanese capitulation and liberation of the Dutch East Indies on 15 August 1945.
